• So basically the “domestic” a330s which actually often end up serving international flights up to 8 hours long, which don’t even have an IFE screen, rather an old IPad, is still not going to be changed?

  • I’ve flown on that QR Perth to Doha a380 flight multiple times and every time the flight has been full. So I don’t think that’s a certainty and it would make much more sense to change it to 777 rather than the much smaller 787.

  • It’s great to see MH launch a new European flight after so long. Not sure why the article says it is the first in a decade I’m pretty sure London is in Europe last I checked.

  • Unfortunately I do have to ask if Qantas I actually serious about these new planes. The a321neo having recliners is definitely disappointing as is the a220 not having any seat back screens…

  • I think I’ve heard some articles say that Qantas will replace the f100 with a220 in due course but that will stil be a while away. Qantas may also be getting more a319 which they have been using in wa for a few months now.
