Is anyone aware of how this impacts APEC card holders? Does APEC trump this ETA or work with it?

Business Class = Bed Class. If you don't get the bed right, forget it. Oh, and why have beds (seats) facing away from a window. That just does make sense in an aircraft, unless you are a cocooning, space saving designer.
