Is this upgrade coming to the 200's or 300's? I'd say the 300 economy seat is already pretty competitive, whereas the 200's are between 'just okay' for the ones with small IFE screens, to 'not acceptable' for the ones with iPad's.

Shelf bins and a fancy spade pattern on the ceiling do not make a cabin modern IMO. The Boeing Sky Interior with its pivot bins is a far more attractive, and importantly for something that will be in use for decades, timeless interior.

Is this a recent thing? I flew QF  First out of Sydney in December and wasn't invited to any roped off area or told about a special menu.

"Those who visited the previous Regency Club may be somewhat disappointed" is an understatement, to put it lightly! The new club is a downgrade in all areas except the food.If Qantas did such a thing to one of their lounges, they'd never be forgiven.

I wouldn't fly more then four hours on a domestic configured-narrow body, which is what this is. Give me a plane with proper lie flat J, PTV's in all classes and bathrooms that are bigger then a shoebox and I'll consider.
