Agree there are flights that use it but I'm onside with R_B complaint because I'm mostly going to UK and now QF9 being ditched is absurd and stupid. Instead we have to use A33s to SIN and transfer to 1...

Never had an issue before but would be interesting to know how QFs new boarding process handles it if they're not on the same booking as you? Would they be auto rejected by the scanner and no chance to get through? Because this would be common surely e.g. for me I would have booked my work trips ...

Actually interesting point pab2025 makes... The lounge may let you in but security may not let you through.

Completely agree with earlier comments. Unless you're travelling in first or can access the Concorde lounge, then BA lounges in T5 are nothing special at all. Food is very blase and it's usually very busy/crowded... And although QF lounge may be a bit nicer and better food, it's usually very busy...
